2023 Bless Groups Registration

Thank you for your interest in joining a Bless Group, Oliver Creek's small groups for community service and fellowship! By filling out this form, you're indicating you'd like to be a part of a Bless Group for 2023. After submitting this form, you'll be contacted about next steps in getting started with your Bless Group project.

Given your gifts and passions for service, please read the following descriptions and choose a Bless Group you'd like to commit to for the next year. (You may select multiple.)

Visitation: make gift bags for shut-ins, gather to pray for them, help drop the bags off at homes, and occasionally host events for widow(er)s. Hearthside Worship: participate in a worship service at Hearthside Senior Living and visit with the folks who live there. Youth Villages: serve unplaced children in foster care who live at a group home by visiting with a mentee monthly, hosting group birthday parties, or exercising with a group of them (must be 21+ and requires background check). HopeWorks: mentor an adult with a troubled past who is now on the road to recovery and pursuing their high school diploma and life skills, prepare and serve food for the students, or mentor a promising student about to be released from prison. Asha's Refuge: serve refugees from war torn countries like Syria and Ukraine by helping educate, accompanying them to appointments and meetings, and forming friendship by sharing meals with them. OnebyOne Ministries: be partnered with an expecting mom or brand new mom who has reached out for help, not sure if she can do this alone. Serve by mentoring, hosting baby showers and parties, or delivering donated supplies. I don't have the capacity to do a service project right now, but I'd still like to gather monthly with a group for fellowship.

Would you be willing to serve as a point person for your in-home group? You'll pass on communication to the rest of the group about where to meet for monthly fellowship, help organize who's hosting each month, and help select someone in your group to share their story each month. (We'll need as many of these wonderful people as we can get!)
